The gym has been given a fresh coat of paint and the free weights area a new rubber floor has been laid. Further improvements will be made to this area over the coming weeks to further improve our members experience, watch this space.

All the girls on Sarah"s Wednesday Zumba night got into the spirt of the season and came in fancy dress, more calories were burnt because of this (we wish)

On the 3rd of Oct work will begin to refurbish the ladies shower area. We will be completely retiling the showers and fitting a new shower system. The work will take approx 1 week but we will get it completed asap. We are sorry for any inconvenience this will cause but the improvements will be worth it.The rest of the changing room will not be affected.
Yes Sarah our in house Zumba Queen has started our very first permanent session on a Wednesday evening, more classes will follow.
This Latin inspired dance fitness party will really burn those calories and bring a smile to your face at the same time. With 4 styles; Salsa, Cumbria, Reggie and Merenque, Sarah will show you easy to follow routines that you can all follow.
