We all know that exercise is only part of the equation to getting a healthy body.  At kingfisher we are working closely with a specialist food expert to promote healthy eating to work alongside your training programme.

Throughout the year there will be free food tasting, health days and much much more which will be advertised in the club.We want to look at what concerns you about your health.

Answer:
One to one food diary analysis. 30 minute session with a follow up 4 weeks later.

Ellie is our nutrition expert
My name is Ellie...

I have been a member at Kingfisher for almost 5 years. I started my working life as a primary school teacher which I loved.
However my career was to take a different path and I did a diploma for 3 years to train as a Nutritional Therapist and qualified in 1999. Since then I have practiced as a Nutritional expert and worked in the fitness industry.
I have worked with a huge number of people over the last 10 year who have gone on a journey to improve health and well-being. These people will all say that they didn’t realise just how powerful food can be to how they look and feel.
Your health is your responsibility but we all need people who can guide us, support us and motivate us to make the changes necessary to reach that really happy state of a healthy body.
